Policies

• Wicked Pizza Pies will arrive about 1 hour before your event to fire up the oven and will cook up to 1.5 hours. It takes us about 30 minutes to tear down.
• All parties include heavy weight disposable plates, utensils (when called for) and white napkins.
• 30% deposit is required to hold your date. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is not refundable. In the event of a rescheduling there will be $100 fee to reschedule. If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event then FULL PAYMENT of the invoice is due on it’s due date.
• If extreme weather event occurs , we will retain the deposit and reschedule up to one year in advance and apply the deposit to the new date in full.
• A travel fee is assessed for events greater than 30 miles from our catering location in Norco, CA.
• For events greater then 30 miles a $2.00 per mile will be added.
• We do not travel farther than 75 miles total from our catering location

What to Expect

• We will arrive about one hour before the start of your event to setup and get the oven warmed up.
• Once the oven is up to temperature, the pizzas will cook in a couple of minutes.
• Our pizzas are made on site.
• We use our own fresh dough, hand toss them and cook them in our mobile wood fired pizza oven.
• Our Oven is on a trailer and needs a minimum of 70″ width to clear gates or fences. If it doesn’t fit, we have done plenty of parties in the front yard.

Payment Details

• A $125 Oven Setup and travel fee will be added to all events (Includes a 30 mile travel distance). Additional travel of $2.00 per mile will be added for longer distances traveled.
• Sales tax will be added to all invoices.
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of event. Full payment is due on the day of the event.
